Dan Downey, MBA founded Determined Advisors after 16 years of investing money on behalf of large institutions.  His vision for DA was to take his experience in stocks, bonds and alternative assets and employ his skills for the benefit of individual clients.  Dan’s professional experience includes well known asset managers such as Charles Schwab and Loomis Sayles. 

His educational background includes a BA from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance & Economics from New York University.  

Dan holds a Series 65 license and is registered in the state of California, with clients throughout the United States.  Dan’s passion for investing and building “client friendships” are the driving forces behind Determined Advisors.
